Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Toby Fullmer has been proudly rooted in Texas since 1986. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Houston, he pursued legal studies at South Texas College of Law, where his focus gravitated toward trial advocacy.
